Deodar Seeds is operated by DEODAR SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED, the controller responsible for personal information at Flat 303, second floor, Roop Katoch residence, Dhalpur, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh 175101, India. We use personal information only to operate the store, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
When you order or create an account, we may process your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order contents, payment status and support correspondence. Payment providers process card, wallet or cryptocurrency credentials under their own privacy terms; Deodar Seeds does not receive or store full card numbers.
If you explicitly select the optional checkout-reminder box, we record that choice and may send one email when payment remains unfinished. This does not subscribe you to promotional email.
Information is shared only with service providers needed for payment, hosting, email, fraud prevention, analytics as described below, and delivery. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, accounting and legal compliance.
For visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google measurement starts with analytics and advertising storage denied. Before you consent, Google may receive cookieless measurement signals for aggregate reporting and modelling, but analytics and advertising cookies are not set, and analytics, advertising user data and advertising personalization are enabled only after you consent. For visitors in other regions, analytics and advertising measurement is on by default and you can opt out at any time from the banner or the analytics preferences control. We determine the region from your browser time zone; when it cannot be determined, we ask for consent first. On deodar-seeds.com, Meta Pixel starts only after you choose Accept in the measurement banner. A previous Google-only choice does not authorize Meta. It measures public page views, product views, adding products to the cart and starting checkout. Meta receives this activity, product identifiers, values and currencies, browser information and your IP address, and may set _fbp and _fbc cookies for advertising measurement and audiences. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or payment details, and automatic advanced matching is off. Account pages, order-confirmation pages and URLs with private parameters are excluded. A page view, cart or unpaid order is never reported as a lead or purchase. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect shopping or checkout. Use the control below to review your choice.
When you tick the consent box and choose Identify, the selected photos are sent to the Pl@ntNet service for identification. Deodar does not save these photos on its servers. Without an account, your My garden list and your identification history, including their small preview images, stay in your browser storage on this device until you remove them or clear browser data. When you are signed in, the plant names, match scores, dates, photo counts and related Deodar seeds of both lists are saved in your account so you can see them on other devices, and lists saved on this device before you signed in are moved into the account once. Preview images and photos are not sent to Deodar. You can remove entries or clear the history at any time; both lists are included in your account data export and are deleted with your account. Pl@ntNet processes identification requests under its terms of use.
